Pale Horse Rider (Rev. 6:7-8)

Rev 6:7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. 
Rev 6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

* with Hunger 1.5 million Jews died at the siege of Jerusalem because of famine and disease. The death with hunger (Famine) ever since Jesus took the throne in heaven and open the 4th. seal is still going even today. Source: List of Famines 
  
* with Death I believe this is suicide.
