The Trumpets 1 & 2

Revelation 8:6
And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

Ezekiel 33:1-6
But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.
Joel 2; Judges 7

Seven angels which stood before God - To stand before God with the end of the age coming to a close, this has to be a vision to make one so humble. There is a hope that many will turn during any of the events that are about to take place.

Trumpets - are used to call to war
Jeremiah 4:19
My bowels, my bowels! I am pained at my very heart; my heart maketh a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because thou hast heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war.
Numbers 10:8-9
To worship, for the assembly of the people, to proclaim Festivals, as the Year of Jubilee, the Feast of Tabernacles, and for Judgments. Ex. 19:16. Amos 3:6. Joshua 6:13-16. Zeph. 1:14-16. C.Larkin
Leviticus 23:24
Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

Revelation 8:7
The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

This 1st. Trumpet is all about WW1

There followed hail and fire mingled with blood -

World War 1 was the biggest war that had ever been at that time. Man has created heavy artillery and airplanes that in JOHN'S eyes it had to look like it was raining hail and fire mingled with blood.

The total number of military and civilian casualties in World War I was more than 41 million: there were over 18 million deaths and 23 million wounded, ranking it among the deadliest conflicts in human history.

Third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up -

Germans and Russia policy was to burn everything in their way.
Scorched Earth Policy.

1915 - The Russian troops, retreating along a front of more than 600 miles, destroyed anything that might be of use to their enemy, including crops, houses, railways and entire cities.

Revelation 8:8
And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;

This 2nd. Trumpet is all about WW2

As it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea:
GREAT - megas  "exceedingly great"  high, large, loud, mighty, to be sore afraid, strong,
MOUNTAIN - oro “to rise or rear up”
BURNING - kaio  "to set on fire"  kindle or consume.
CAST - ballo "to throw violent"  or intense, arise, cast outpour, send, strike, throw down, thrust.

This sounds like a great bomb was cast down into the sea or a small island in the sea like Japan.

World’s first deployed atomic bomb over the Japanese city of Hiroshima. The explosion wiped out 90 percent of the city and immediately killed 80,000 people; tens of thousands more would later die of radiation exposure. Three days later, a second B-29 dropped another A-bomb on Nagasaki, killing an estimated 40,000 people.

Revelation 8:9
And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

The third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died;

After the first atomic bomb wipe out the island of Japan, there were massive testing of nuclear warheads that took placed in the oceans all over the world.

With all the testing, I'm very sure that a third of sea life has died. Not even counting all contamination of the oceans.

Third part of the ships were destroyed -

The number of ships involved in the war was a little over 100,000 and the number of ships destroyed was a little over 35,000. That comes to 1/3 of the ships destroyed.

Naval warfare of World War 2 marked the biggest ocean battles in history.
It also has been most deadly naval warfare ever.
Estimated number of deaths sustained worldwide during World War II: 72 million.

Matthew 7:13  Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Matthew 7:14  Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Let us stay in prayer for people we know and for the people that we may encounter. Let us always be ready to speak the Word of God. Stay a witness for the LORD for all of our words will be accounted for. Trust me that I am speaking to myself to keep my eye's on the prize.

Matthew 12:36  But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

Keep the Holy Spirit moving within your heart like Rivers of Living Water. This always brings the joy of the Spirit in you, and that is a witness for those that don't believe.
