The 7th. Seal (Rev.8:1-5)

Revelation 8:1-5
1. And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.

2. And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.

3. And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.

4. And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.

5. And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.

The sealed book is opened completely now. The half of an hour of silence is an honor to Jesus for being worthy to be able to open this sealed book. As heaven and earth are waiting on the next level of Judgment, hopefully, to draw more people into the Heavenly Kingdom. Heaven knows that the time is getting shorter for the repentance of man to escape eternal punishment.









2. And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.

Seven angels which stood before God - To stand before God with the end of the age coming to a close, this has to be a vision to make one so humble. There is a hope that many will turn during any of the events that are about to take place. 

Trumpets - are used to call to war, to worship, for the assembly of the people, to proclaim Festivals, as the Year of Jubilee, the Feast of Tabernacles, and for Judgments. Ex. 19:16. Amos 3:6. Joshua 6:13-16. Zeph. 1:14-16. C.Larkin

Leviticus 23:24  Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

Ezekiel 33:1-6 Talks about the watchman sounding a trumpet in the time of trouble to warn the people of the enemy.


We can clearly see that the Trumpets are tied into the sealed scroll. It is filled with prophecy for the church age and gives a very detail warning for the body of Christ. Don't think that our LORD would just leave for 2000 years without telling the church "His body" the things that they would go through. That would not make any sense for The God that is all knowing. But Praise our LORD Jesus for giving us a whole book with clear instructions on the events leading us up to His return and our future.

3. And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.

We have another angel in heaven, he is doing what a priest would do on earth in the Temple. He is to make ALL the saints prayers a sweet smelling offering. For we know that we do not pray as we should, therefore an angel has to mix incense with it. 

If we were to pour our heart out into perfect prayers and have the Holy Spirit take over we could take our prayers into the Holy of Holies.

How many people make all the way into the Holy of Holies...We all need at this late hour is to pray for our brothers and sisters to stay strong and seek His Glory. The Trumpets have been blowing for 100 years and we are coming up to the Last TRUMP.




4. And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.

With the incense mix with the prayers of the saints, God can now hear us and the desires of our heart.
For the latter rain is upon us, open your heart to the Holy Spirit.

The Latter rain started 7 years before the first trumpet began to blow. These past 100 years have been God's warning to us all...

Many trace the roots of the Latter Rain revival at 312 Azusa Street in Los Angeles California. It was at this address in an abandoned warehouse that the Apostolic Faith Mission first welcomed the people in 1906.
 This same month an earthquake almost leveled San Francisco In verse 5 God said there was also an earthquake.
 But the LA rumble from Azusa Street is still being measured on God's Richter scale. 

A little over 7 years of World War I began in 1914, This is the 1st. Trumpet of Gods warning to His people.





5. And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and

there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.   

Leviticus 16: 12, Psalms 18:7-8  The fire from the Altar is the pure holiness of our LORD. 
The angel cast the censer into the earth and this is the latter rain for the people of God. This is the Spirit Baptism that started in the early 1900's and continues today. This brought on the power for Gods people to bring the harvest in around the world.
