The 3rd. Trumpet 


Revelation 8
Revelation 8:10  And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

Revelation 8:11  And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.



Fell - pipto, cause to fall or as if by delivering a blow, settle Misfortune come down. KJV: fail, fall down.
Great - megas, exceedingly, great, high, large, loud, mighty, be sore afraid, strong, X to years, long in time.
Star - This Star has a name, God has named all the stars.  
Ps 147:4 He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.
But this star was not of Gods creation this is man-made. 
There are times that a phrase like this refers to Lucifer.
Heaven - “to rise or rear up” through the idea of elevation
Lamp - a “lamp” or a flaming torch.
Fountain - well, a stream of water (or other liquid).
Wormwood - A plant, the artemisia. It has a bitter nauseous taste, grievous, or extremely unpleasant.


Wikipedia 
The city's name is the same as the Ukrainian name for Artemisia vulgaris (mugwort or common Wormwood which is чорнобиль or "Chornobyl")

The English word Wormwood is the word Chernobyl in Ukrainian.
So this is hard to overlook, it's the Third Trumpet. 
Everything fits as you can see: 
"PRAISE GOD, PRAISE GOD, PRAISE GOD."
I'm NOT going to make the Word of God fit to what I think. 
It just fits the Word of God. Please tell me if I'm wrong.

Fell a great star from heaven - 
They call this a "FALL OUT" because all the radiation goes up from the explosion and the smoke from the fire that lasted for weeks, it spread radiation over many countries. That it fell from the heavens.

Burning as it were a lamp - 
Released from reactor # 4 fuel’s extreme temperature pushed the ignition in core’s graphite which led to an inferno. Deathly flames burnt out for weeks before rescue and cleaning crews could overpower it.

Chernobyl’s massive radioactive cloud blanketed northern Europe: 
in 1986, releasing the largest amount of radioactive gas and particles of any reactor accident into an area of resident civilian population. Most affected were Ukrainians, especially those cleanup workers


Nevertheless, because there were no detailed data on the health of the population prior to 1986, the actual numbers of health-related illnesses caused by the radiation have been difficult to measure. New and controversial research in 2009, (Chernobyl: Consequences of the Catastrophe for People and the Environment), however, reported the premature death toll from Chernobyl between 1986 and 2004 at about 985,000. Early estimates by the Associated Press (Dec. 16, 2000) were that the health of 3.4 million of Ukraine’s 50 million people was negatively affected, including 1.26 million children, whose future health risks included thyroid cancer. The accuracy of these specific numbers continues to be disputed and debated, but they still represent the huge impacts of the Chernobyl event.

It fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

The explosion released 400 times more radioactive material into the air and underground water than the amount that was unleashed by the nuclear bombs of Hiroshima 40 years previously. The effect was as if 10 Hiroshima bombs detonated altogether.

 Right after an explosion, the most dangerous radioactive dust cloud had blown through the adjacent pine forest and that was the reason the wood area of 10 km² was affected and died, after absorbing most of the released deadly amount of radiation - 3,000 roentgen. Green forest turned orange in less than 6 hours. The name of Red Forest appeared as the pine trees needles become reddish because of the unbelievable level of neutrons absorbed. Green forest turned orange in less than 6 hours.

Even now 30 years later the area is restricted with special signs as radiation levels here are several times higher than near the reactor core. So don’t be fooled by a deciduous woodland which took over fir trees and is beautifully green and seems so normal it’s still the “dead area”.



THE 4TH. TRUMPET

Revelation 8:12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

The 1st. thing we must notice is that it does not tell us how much of the world is affected by it. We do know a third part of the area will be Darkened by this event.

I want to give testimony on what are called the “highways of death.” These are

the two Kuwaiti roadways, littered with remains of 2,000 mangled Iraqi military vehicles, and the charred and dismembered bodies of tens of thousands of Iraqi soldiers, who were withdrawing from Kuwait on February 26th and 27th 1991 in compliance with UN resolutions.

US planes trapped the long convoys by disabling vehicles in the front, and at the rear, and then pounded the resulting traffic jams for hours. “It was like shooting fish in a barrel,” said one US pilot. The horror is still there to see.

The third part of them was darkened -
Saddam Hussein knew the war was over. He could not have Kuwait, so he wasn't about to let anyone else benefit from its riches. As the 1991 Persian Gulf War drew to a close, Hussein sent men to blow up Kuwaiti oil wells. Approximately 600 were set ablaze, and the fires — literally towering infernos — burned for seven months. The Gulf was awash in poisonous smoke, soot, and ash. Black rain fell. Lakes of oil were created. As NASA wrote, "The sand and gravel on the land's surface combined with oil and soot to form a layer of hardened 'tarcrete' over almost 5 percent of the country's area." Scores of livestock and other animals died from the oil mist, their lungs blackened by the liquid.

Solar radiation data indicate that the first oil field fires were most likely set on or around 17 January 1991. The monthly total solar radiation for January-June 1991 was 26-36% below the 1979-1990 means for the same months.
The effect of the solar radiation from the Kuwait fires

The Kuwaiti oil fires were caused by Iraqi military forces setting fire to a reported 605 to 732 oil wells along with an unspecified number of oil-filled low-lying areas, such as oil lakes and fire trenches, as part of a scorched earth policy while retreating from Kuwait in 1991 due to the advances of Coalition military forces in the Persian Gulf War. The fires were started in January and February 1991, and the first well fires were extinguished in early April 1991, with the last well capped on November 6, 1991.

It very easy to see that the sun, moon, and stars were darkened. The picture below shows the sun barely shining through the dark smoke.

Thick soot from the endless plumes of black smoke choking the skies over Kuwait is making breathing difficult and fouling water sources. The sun is so heavily obscured by the smoke that motorists must use headlights at noon.

Revelation 8:13  And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

Rev 8:13 And I saw, and I heard an eagle, flying in mid heaven, saying with a great voice, Woe, woe, woe, for them that dwell on the earth, by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, who are yet to sound.  ASV.
(American Standard Version along with a few others translate Angel with Eagle which it such be).  

Angel - aggelos a messenger. This should be Eagle.
Eagle - a large and very powerful bird of prey, hence called the King of birds.
The figure of the "eagle" is used in Ezekiel 17 to represent the great powers of Egypt and Babylon, as being employed to punish corrupt faithless Israel.
There are many translations that say this is an eagle flying in the sky with a great voice.
Heaven - mesouranema  Mid-Sky, Midst of Heaven, This is not the dwelling place of our LORD God. 
Woe - ouai  a primary exclamation of grief.
Not just a woe, but three, one for each trumpet that is left.

The design of this message and/or verse is to raise our attention to the following Trumpets.
"For all the People on Earth" 

 The last three trumpets are being prepared, and an indication is given of the awfulness that will result, besides which what has happened before will be as nothing. The woes are upon the ‘earth-dwellers’, a term regularly used in Revelation of non-Christians. The Christians are sealed against them. Eagles are often connected with judgment (Hos 8:1; Deu 28:49; Jer 4:13; Hab 1:8). which makes the use of the eagle type ‘living creature’ especially relevant.

 The fact that the last three trumpets are described as ‘woes’ in contrast with the remainder stresses their awfulness and the fact that supernatural agencies are more fully involved. It is saying that what has been previously described is as nothing compared with what is now about to be described. Here we have an intensification of all that has been described before but taking the form of direct spiritual attack.

 God has given us a great warning before these last 3 Trumpets are blown. The first 4 trumpets have been great tragedies, with millions upon millions of people that have lost their lives. The world has not been able to see and has paid very little attention these past 120 years to Gods Word. Our LORD has told us that all these events will happen, and He is starting to open the eyes to these warnings to His Kingdom people and the world. "For Time is Running Out"

 Do we not think that our Heavenly Father, that knows everything from the past to the future. He the Merciful Loving God would give us a warning about everything that we would go through during this Church Age...  

  Well, I do believe that we have been warned and I see brothers and sisters that are going to be caught off guard. I also see many brothers and sisters taking the Pre Wrath view. I hope and pray that we all see that the church has been going through trials and tribulation all over the world. Our LORD said that we would escape Gods Wrath, not the world's trails that is of the devil. 


 We have to keep the Holy Spirit sealed in our heart, for this eagle flying in the midst of the heavens is a fallen angel looking for who he can devour. God in the Spirit of His Word is revealing to us what is coming. So let's study His Word that we can have the revelation of life.

We Have Been in TRIBULATION for 2000 Years
Deuteronomy 4:30  When thou art in tribulation and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice;

 Judges 10:14  Go and cry unto the gods which ye have chosen; let them deliver you in the time of your tribulation.

 1 Samuel 26:24  And, behold, as thy life was much set by this day in mine eyes, so let my life be much set by in the eyes of the LORD, and let him deliver me out of all tribulation.

 Matthew 13:21  Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

 Matthew 24:29  Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 
In verse 31 is the great harvest “RAPTURE”.

 Mark 13:24  But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

 John 16:33  These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

 Acts 14:22  Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

 Romans 2:9  Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

 Romans 5:3  And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

 Romans 8:35  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

 Romans 12:12  Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

 2 Corinthians 1:4  Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

 2 Corinthians 7:4  Great is my boldness of speech toward you, great is my glorying of you: I am filled with comfort, I am exceeding joyful in all our tribulation.

 1 Thessalonians 3:4  For verily, when we were with you, we told you before that we should suffer tribulation; even as it came to pass, and ye know.

 2 Thessalonians 1:6  Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; 
God will repay them for what anybody has done to you, and His judgment is a lot worse.

 Revelation 1:9  I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

 Revelation 2:9  I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.


 Revelation 2:10  Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

I Pray that we all keep the flowing power of the Spirit of God in our Hearts. That the Holy Spirit will guide us all to people that need to hear the Gospel of our LORD JESUS and that the Spirit of God would reveal Himself to all that hunger for the truth... Amen and Amen...
